It’s Thursday and that means it’s time for Thursday Trouve (that’s French for find)! This week, I’m bringing you my favorite fall finds from Target. Target is a great resource for home décor. Most items are on trend, high quality, and very reasonably priced. Threshold, Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, Studio McGee, and Casaluna are some of my favorite lines and collaborations to shop at Target. The new fall home décor Target just released does not disappoint! I’ve found some really cute pieces that I’ll be able to use for many years. Remember when shopping for seasonal décor to shop for items that you love, buy pieces that you will use for years to come, and pieces that could be used for multiple seasons. I’ve fallen into the trap of buying seasonal décor because it’s cute or inexpensive and then having a bunch of items I don’t really love, storing it all away, and never wanting or caring to see it again. Don’t fall into the same trap as I have! If you’re in the market for some quality fall décor without a big price tag, check out some of the items I recently purchased from Target.

Here is the roundup of items featured in this week’s Target edition of Thursday Trouve!
Artificial Olive Bush Tree in Pot Black – Threshold with Studio McGee
I’ve been on the hunt for some sort of potted faux greenery for our bookshelves that wasn’t full on fall but also didn’t feel like summer. I found this medium sized olive bush at Target and thought it would fit perfectly into our built-in bookshelves. This faux olive bush is not too big and not too small. The olive bush has a natural shape to it and the pot is substantial for the price tag. I may end up painting the gray pot to match my décor since we don’t have much gray in our home. I love decorating with anything olive in the fall (I even have olive pillow covers!). Olive stems and trees are great to decorate with especially if you still want some greenery in your home and are not wanting to full on decorate with autumnal colors of yellows, oranges, and reds. Olive trees and bushes are on trend right now, and there are some great ones of all sizes available from multiple retailers.
Rolling & Standing Harvest Squirrel Figurine Gold – Threshold
I happened to stumble upon these cute figurines one night while browsing Target online. I instantly added them to my cart…I mean how could you resist these cute gold squirrels! There are two figurine styles; one is a squirrel rolling an acorn and one is a squirrel holding an acorn. They can be styled together or apart and are the perfect shade of gold. I plan on having these out all year around and not just for fall. I tend to have a love affair with any gold animal figurines. I have multiple gold bunny figurines that I style in our home throughout the year, and these squirrels are going to fit right in. If you are looking for something cute and whimsical to add to a bookshelf or table these would be great additions!
Small, Medium, Large Ceramic Pumpkins Cream – Threshold
I purchased natural colored ceramic pumpkins from Target last year, and have been anxiously waiting to see if Target released them again this year. They did not release the same ones this year, but did release a new similar style of ceramic pumpkins. I love these new pumpkins just as much as I love the pumpkins from last year! These creamy white ceramic pumpkins come in three sizes, which are perfect for styling together or apart. I love to group objects in odd numbers, so grouping the large, medium, and small pumpkins together is a quick and easy way to decorate your home. The pumpkins are a cream color so if you are a lover of neutral fall décor, these are perfect! I especially love the shape and size of the large pumpkin and may have gone overboard with the amount that I bought (shh, don’t tell Dave!). These pumpkins do come in other colors such as orange, honey, or black so if you like adding pops of color to your fall décor, you should check those out!
16″x14″ Summer Pasture Framed Wall Art Brass – Threshold with Studio McGee
If you are looking for a beautiful piece of art on a tight budget, this framed wall art may be for you. I always get so many compliments on this piece and it may one of my all time favorite items from the Studio McGee line. The print is a scene of a pasture with fields of grass, a stream, and a farmhouse with woods in the background. It’s print that invokes the feelings of summer or fall, so this print works perfectly for either season. The frame framing this artwork is another thing I love. It’s the perfect shade of gold and works perfectly with the wood tones of the antique demijohns. This framed art is on the small side, so I like to display smaller prints either in groups on the wall or styled on a shelf with other pieces of décor. Did I mention the price tag? It is extremely affordable with a price tag around $25. One thing to note: items in the Studio McGee line sell out quickly. So, if there is something you see and like, it’s best not to wait!
