Crock Pot Potpourri With Fall Scents

Crock pot potpourri is a simple way to add the warm, inviting scents of fall to your home.

Crock Pot Potpourri for Fall

Fill your home with the delicious scents of fall with potpourri made right in the crock pot. Fall potpourri with fresh fruit and warm spices is an inexpensive way to make your home feel cozy on even the coolest of autumn days.

Aromas of Fall

As I’ve been bringing out totes of fall d├ęcor, and styling our home for the upcoming season, I’ve had our crockpot simmering away with fall potpourri to infuse our home with the scents of fall while I decorate.

The smell of fall is one of my favorites. I love this potpourri because it brings that warm, cozy fall feeling to our home with fruity apples, oranges, and cranberries mixed with warm cinnamon & spicy cloves.

Fall Potpourri

Creating your own seasonal potpourri in the crock pot (or on the stovetop) is a great way to permeate your home with aromas you love and make you feel cozy. It’s a fantastic, less expensive alternative to candles with scents that are natural, organic, and not overpowering to the nose.

This crock pot potpourri is warm and comforting. Exactly how fall should feel!

Shop Small Crock Pots

I love having both a large crock pot as well as a small crock pot in our kitchen. I use each crock pot many times throughout the year depending on what I am slow cooking. If you don’t have a small crock pot, here are a few favorites that you can shop online.

Can I make potpourri on the stovetop?

You sure can!

I shared three potpourri ideas that I simmered on our stovetop over the summer. To make this fall potpourri on the stove, simply add about 8 cups of water to deep pan or Dutch oven. Place your potpourri ingredients in the water and bring to a slow boil. Turn down the heat and simmer on low, replacing water as needed.
