– Fresh Strawberries, hulled & sliced – Granulated Sugar – Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled – Powdered Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Fresh Mint Leaves, for garnish
How to Make Wimbledon Strawberries & Cream:
Toss the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar together until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

Place the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a chilled bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for until soft peaks form.
