These mini cheesecake trifles combine an easy no bake cheesecake with fresh strawberries & blueberries, making it the perfect summertime treat or for any holiday or occasion.

Anything served in a small container just tastes better, right?!

Mini Cheesecake Trifle Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

Graham Cracker Crumbs  Salted Butter Granulated Sugar

No Bake Cheesecake Filling

Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Milk Cool Whip

Blueberries Strawberries

How to Make:

Add graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter into a bowl and stir until fully combined. Press about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each mason jar.

Graham Cracker Crust

How to Make:

Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beat to combine. Add lemon juice & milk, and beat until fully incorporated. Gently fold in cool whip into cream cheese mixture.

No Bake Cheesecake Filling

How to Make:

Layer graham cracker crust on bottom of jar, then a layer of cheesecake, chopped strawberries, another layer of cheesecake, blueberries, and final layer of cheesecake. Top with fresh star shaped strawberries & blueberries.
