No sew DIY curtains with tablecloths! All you need is a tablecloth and curtain rings to easily add beautiful, affordable curtains to your windows without the use of a sewing machine.

These curtains are extremely easy to make and require no sewing. Here is what you will need.

– Block Print Tablecloths – Curtain Rings – Curtain Rod – Fabric Fuse Tape – Iron

 #1: Iron the Tablecloths

Iron the tablecloth on the highest setting, with steam (the steam will help release the wrinkles) to remove all wrinkles.

 #2: Measure the Length 

Measure from the curtain rod to the floor (factor in if you want your curtains to puddle or not), then you will know how much you will need to “hem” the curtains.

 #3: Hem the Bottom of Curtain

Use the  fabric fuse tape to hem the bottom of the curtain to your desired length.

 #4: Add Curtain Rings

Add  your curtain rings to the top of the curtains. I used 11 curtain rings placed about 6? apart. Placing the curtain rings closer together will give your curtains more structure

 #5: Hang the Curtains

Slide the curtains rings onto the curtain rod, and your DIY tablecloth curtains are complete!

DIY curtains with tablecloths are relatively inexpensive to make. The tablecloth I used was $70/tablecloth.

How much do DIY curtains cost?

Drop cloths, flat bedsheets, tablecloths, or fabric from your craft store are great curtain options and can be made without little to no sewing experience.
