Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn or Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
  • 2 cups Captain Crunch
  • 2 cups Bunny Grahams
  • 1 cup M&M's pastel colored
  • 1/2 cup Pastel Sprinkles
  • 16 ounces White Chocolate Chips Ghirardelli

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, Captain Crunch, Cheerios, bunny grahams, and M&M's.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 20 second increments, stirring after each interval until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal & candy mixture and toss together gently until well combined.
  • Transfer the bunny bait to a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the snack mix.
  • Allow the bunny bait to set for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Once chocolate is hardened, break into pieces and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use high quality white chocolate for best results. Premium chocolate will melt and taste better.
  • You can get creative with the ingredients you add to your Easter trail mix. Popcorn, nuts, mini marshmallows, Cadbury Mini Eggs, and pretzel sticks would be delicious additions.
  • This Easter mix recipe is great for other holidays too. Red, white, and blue colors would be perfect for patriotic holidays, red and green would be festive for Christmas, or red, pink, and white would be sweet for Valentine's Day.
