Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/4 cups holiday M&M's
  • 1 cup mini pretzel sticks crushed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1/5 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  •  Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time, until combined. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  •  Fold in oats, 1 cup of the M&M's, pretzels, chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into 1/8 cup size balls. Place 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Place remaining M&M's onto the top of the cookie dough balls.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 7 minutes on lower rack, then place the pan on the higher rake and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on baking sheet, then move to a cooling rack.
  • Eat warm out of the oven, or let cool, and store.
