Instructions
Cooking the Pork
To the bottom of a slow cooker, add the vinegar, chicken broth, & honey and whisk to combine. Place the garlic cloves in the crock pot.
Place the pork butt on top of the mixture and generously sprinkle the meat with salt & pepper (It's a thick cut of meat so don't be scared that you're adding too much salt!).
Cook the pork on low for 6-8 hours.
Once the meat is fully cooked, shred the meat with 2 forks right inside the crockpot. The shredded meat will absorb the liquid giving it even more flavor.
At this point, you can either begin building your sliders or allow the meat to cool and then store in the refrigerator for use later.
Assembling the Sliders
Preheat oven to 375°F.
With a sharp, serrated knife slice the slider buns in half. Remove the top of the buns & set aside.
Place the bottom half of the buns on a baking sheet. Layer the pulled pork over the the buns, drizzle with a little additional BBQ sauce, sprinkle the shredded cheese, and then place the top of the buns on top.
In a small microwave safe bowl add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until completely melted.
Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until bun tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
