The Valentine s’more mix I made in February for Valentine’s Day was such a big hit with the family, that I thought it would be fun to make something similar for Easter.

If you’ve never heard of bunny bait before, it’s a highly addictive and delicious treat (well in our house anyways) that combines 3 different types of cereals, bunny grahams, Easter M&M’s, and pastel sprinkles all with a white chocolate coating.

This easy treat is crunchy, sweet & savory, and can be made in less than 20 minutes.

It’s everything you could want in a single bite, and if you’re like me, you’ll have a hard time putting down this fun spring treat!

Why You’ll Love This Bunny Bait Recipe

  • It’s no bake, so it’s quick and easy snack.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make a Delicious Easter Snack Mix

Gather these colorful, crunchy, chocolatey ingredients, and you’re just minutes away from the easiest Easter treat ever.

The ingredients for Easter bunny bait in a farmhouse style bowl.
  • Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn): The light, crispy base that gives this bunny bait its irresistible crunch.
  • Honey Nut Cheerios: Adds sweetness and extra crunch. You can use regular Cheerios if that’s what you have in your pantry.
  • Captain Crunch Cereal: Another layer of sweet crunch.
  • Bunny Grahams: The star of the show! These adorable bunny shaped graham crackers add the perfect Easter touch.
  • Pastel M&M Chocolate Candies: Gives the snack mix a pretty pastel color for Easter.
  • Spring/Pastel Sprinkles: A festive finishing touch.
  • White Chocolate Chips: The creamy coating that holds everything together. Use high quality white chocolate chips or candy melts for best results.
