This no-bake easter snack mix is the perfect springtime treat filled with pastel colored candies, cereal, bunny grahams, and sprinkles all coated in white chocolate.

The Valentine s’more mix I made in February for Valentine’s Day was such a big hit with the family, that I thought it would be fun to make something similar for Easter.
If you’ve never heard of bunny bait before, it’s a highly addictive and delicious treat (well in our house anyways) that combines 3 different types of cereals, bunny grahams, Easter M&M’s, and pastel sprinkles all with a white chocolate coating.
This easy treat is crunchy, sweet & savory, and can be made in less than 20 minutes.
It’s everything you could want in a single bite, and if you’re like me, you’ll have a hard time putting down this fun spring treat!

Helpful Tips
- Use high quality white chocolate for best results. Premium chocolate like Ghirardelli will melt and taste better.
- You can get creative with the ingredients you add to your Easter trail mix. Popcorn, nuts, mini marshmallows, Cadbury Mini Eggs, and pretzel sticks would be delicious additions.
