Crescent Roll Churros: Easy Baked 4 Ingredient Recipe
These easy baked crescent roll churros are made with just a can of crescent rolls, butter, and cinnamon sugar. They’re perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert!

These crescent roll churros were a completely accidental recipe that I whipped up last week…and were just too good to keep to myself!
I had a can of crescent rolls in the fridge that was about to expire, and I was trying to think of a new way to serve the rolls to the fam, instead of the usual baked ones.
That’s when for whatever reason the idea hit me to turn them into churros.
I figured, why not give these soft, buttery rolls a little updated twist?
I baked the rolls in the oven, brushed them melted butter, and then rolled them in a cinnamon sugar mixture.
And. Oh. My. Word.
Talk about a little bite of heaven!
I’m warning you now, do not make these if you think you’ll be able to eat just one…they are addictive.
The churros came out crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly coated with cinnamon sugar. Yum!
I love how these taste just like traditional churros but are super easy to make with just 4-ingredients.
You can serve churro crescent rolls as a fun treat any time of the year, and they’re perfect for dessert on Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo.

The Easy Churros Recipe
Follow the instructions on the crescent roll package to get your oven ready for baking.
I prefer Trader Joe’s crescent rolls, however Pillsbury rolls can be used in this recipe and will taste the same.
Open the can of crescent rolls, separate the triangles, and then roll each triangle into a tight crescent shape.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake according to the package directions (usually for 10-12 minutes) until golden brown and puffed up.
While the crescent rolls bake, combine the mixture of white sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Once the crescent rolls are golden perfection, remove the cookie sheet from the oven and immediately brush the rolls with melted butter.
Roll each warm crescent roll in the cinnamon mixture until fully coated.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks
- If you’re not a fan of a strong cinnamon flavor, feel free to use less cinnamon in the sugar mixture.
- Don’t worry about making the crescent rolls perfect. The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity. They don’t need to be evenly shaped or rolled in a specific way, just have fun with it!
- You can easily double the cinnamon sugar mixture and store it for future crescent roll churros or sprinkle on buttered toast.
- After the crescent rolls are baked, brush them with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven. This will help the cinnamon sugar stick better.
- These churros are best when served warm. They’ll stay soft and fluffy for a while, but the cinnamon sugar coating is crispest when fresh.
What is the best way to store leftover churro crescent rolls?
To store leftover churros, allow them to cool completely before placing them in an air-tight container.
This will help maintain their softness and prevent them from becoming soggy.
If you want to keep them for a longer period, you can freeze them by placing them in a freezer ziplock baggie or airtight container.
To reheat, warm them in the microwave for a few seconds or place them in the oven at a low temperature to restore some of their crispness before serving.
