The Simple Recipe to Make Cucumber Lemon Mint Water
Wash the cucumber & lemon thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds (I like to use a mandolin to create even slices).

Note: If you’re using an English cucumber you can leave the skin on for added nutrients and a bit of extra crunch. I do suggest peeling the skin of regular cucumbers as it can be a little tough with a bitter taste.
Gently rinse the fresh mint leaves. For a stronger mint flavor, you can lightly crush the leaves with your hands or a spoon to release their essential oils.
In a large pitcher combine the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
Pour water into the pitcher and give a good stir to mix the ingredients together.

Place the pitcher of water in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to infuse the water.
When ready to serve, pour the infused water into individual glasses or mason jars (with or without ice cubes), making sure to include some of the cucumber, lemon, and mint for garnish.

Tips
- Use fresh, organic cucumbers, lemons, and mint if possible. The fresher the ingredients, the better the flavor.
- Allow your water to infuse for at least 1-2 hours, but for a more intense flavor, you can let it sit overnight.
- Adjust the ingredient quantities to suit your personal tastes. Add more lemon for tanginess, more cucumber for a deeper cucumber flavor, or more mint for an extra refreshing kick.
How long will lemon cucumber water last?
The flavored water is at its best within 1-2 days of preparation.
You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. However, the flavors may start to diminish after the first 24 hours, and the cucumber and mint might lose their crispness.
