Bunny Bait
This no bake bunny bait snack mix recipe is the perfect springtime treat that is filled with pastel colored candies, cereal, bunny grahams, and sprinkles all coated in white chocolate. It’s easy to make with the perfect combination of sweet & salty, making it an ideal treat to catch the elusive Easter bunny.

The Valentine s’more mix I made in February for Valentine’s Day was such a big hit with the family, that I thought it would be fun to make something similar for Easter!
If you’ve never heard of bunny bait before, it’s a highly addictive treat (well in our house anyways) that combines 3 different types of cereals, bunny grahams, M&M’s, and spring sprinkles all coated in delicious white chocolate. This Easter treat is crunchy, sweet & savory, and can be made in less than 20 minutes.
It’s everything you could want in a single bite, and if you’re like me, you’ll have a hard time putting down this Easter snack mix. Yes, it’s that good!

Bunny Bait Ingredients
- Corn Chex Cereal: You could also use Rice or Wheat Chex cereal for this recipe as well.
- Honey Nut Cheerios: Regular Cheerios can be used if you don’t have honey nut on hand.
- Captain Crunch Cereal
- Bunny Grahams: These are the bunny graham crackers I used. If you can’t find these you could use graham cracker goldfish instead or popcorn, pretzels, or nuts.
- Pastel Colored M&M’s: Any pastel colored candies would work in this recipe. Cadbury mini eggs would be another great candy option.
- Spring/Pastel Sprinkles: These are the sprinkles I used, Favorite Day Spring Mix Edible Confetti.
- White Chocolate: Use a high quality white chocolate for best results. It will melt better and have better flavor. I like to use Ghirardelli white melting wafers for this recipe.

How to Make Bunny Bait Snack Mix
In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, Captain Crunch, Cheerios, bunny grahams, and M&M’s.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 20 second increments, stirring after each interval until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal & candy mixture and toss together gently until well combined.
Transfer the bunny bait to a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the snack mix.
Allow the bunny bait to set for about 15-20 minutes.
Once chocolate is hardened, break into pieces and transfer to a serving dish.
Enjoy!
