The Valentine s’more mix I made in February for Valentine’s Day was such a big hit with the family, that I thought it would be fun to make something similar for Easter!

The Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Perfect Easter Treat

  • 2 cups Corn Chex Cereal: You could also use Rice or Wheat Chex cereal for this recipe as well.
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios: Regular Cheerios can be used if you don’t have honey nut on hand.
  • 2 cups Captain Crunch Cereal
  • 2 cups Bunny Grahams: These are the bunny graham crackers I used. If you can’t find these you could use graham cracker goldfish instead or popcorn, mini pretzels, or nuts.
  • 1 cup Pastel M&M Candies: Any pastel Easter candy would work in this recipe. Cadbury mini eggs would be another great candy option.
  • 1/2 cup Spring/Pastel Sprinkles: These are the sprinkles I used, Favorite Day Spring Mix Edible Confetti.
  • 16 ounces White Chocolate Chips: Use high quality white chocolate chips or candy melts for best results. It will melt better and have better flavor.

Easy No Bake Snack Mix Recipe

In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, Captain Crunch, Cheerios, bunny grahams, and M&M’s. 

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and toss together gently until well combined.

Transfer the bunny bait to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the Easter sprinkles over the snack mix. 

Allow the Easter Chex mix to set for about 15-20 minutes. 

Once chocolate is hardened, break into pieces and transfer to a serving dish.
